I have been to a couple of Apple stores in Los Angeles last month and I was impressed with the way they treat their customers. I first dropped by a store in Promenade in Santa Monica on the night of March 31 (the day I arrived from the Philippines). Then on April 1 visited The Grove in Hollywood with my friend Alex and bought a Mighty Mouse and airplay for my iPod video.
On the 14th of April, few hours before my flight going to Manila, Philippines, Alex and I visited another Apple Store in Saks Fifth Avenue in Orange County to buy a Lacie 160GB external hard drive. The Apple Geniuses came and were very accommodating. Unfortunately, the specific model I wanted to buy was not available so one of them assisted me and called up another store in Costa Mesa, California.
After buying 2 pairs of jeans from Banana Republic, we had to drive to another Apple Store. It’s so amazing to find out that Apple Genius(es) are consistent. They were helpful and able to assist and supply me what I was looking for. I even bought some adapters to connect my iPod and laptop to my Plasma TV. I bought my friend Alex a spare of adapter of iPod to Plasma. Unfortunately, I forgot to give him the spare. I found it out when I was already in Manila and opened up my package.
I hope every Apple Genius is consistent. I wish I could experience the same customer treatment here in the Philippines in their Apple centers.
I am currently using 15″ MacBook Pro as my personal buddy. I also set-up a 20″ G5 iMac with 2GB RAM and 250 GB HD at home. Below is a photo taken in Apple Store, The Grove in Hollywood.

I love the Apple stores consistancy also. Apple sure has alot to offer. If only Microsoft could learn from them. I belive in ten years we will be asking ourselves Micro-WHO?
