few tips to our trainees

Yesterday I gave some few advices to our trainees from Assumption College.

1. Get out of your closet. Make online resume. Stress on your potentials and accomplishment. Exposing yourself is the next business. Blog as much as you can. Make your potentials known to the world.
2. Relationship is very important. Make more friends and connections. Social networking is not only for fun. You wouldn’t know that online friends can give you opportunities.
3. Put more passion and interest on what you really love to do. I started setting up mobile sound reinforcement when I was 16 years old. I never thought of earning big bucks during that time. All I knew was being in a mobile group will give you glits, glamour, and girls. Such hobby eventually turned into a career. Now, I am involved with one of the biggest sound and lights companies, and being innovative, I am also managing a reputable event management and production company in the country.
4. Get motivated. Give yourself a reward every time you accomplish a project. I consider my toys, travel and investments as rewards. It will lead you to work more for something better.

Never stop dreaming. It will give you the drive and passion to innovating something.
