There are different ways of creatively planning your 2016 businesses and projects. I personally pick Brainwriting first before Brainstorming. It optimizes individual’s potentials when collaborating in a group. 

Every individual has a unique inspiration to generate an idea. He finds himself in a space where his thoughts cross the project with the given time. He also catches a unique motivation to execute the idea. He plugs himself within to realize that idea. Finally, he passes it to others to create another big idea.
